VEGETABLE PIE
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
– a package of shortcrust pastry
– 3 peppers
– garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 2 eggs
– 1 brick of cream for cooking
– rallada mozzarella
– spinach
– basil
– 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
– salt and pepper
To start this perfect dish for children, we will place the peppers without seeds and with the skin facing up in a baking dish. We will pass a little garlic powder and oil on top and let them bake for 25 minutes at 200ºC. Later, when we have them roasted, we will cut them into strips.
The next step will be to place the broken dough in a mold that we have at home (much better if it is round), cutting the protruding edges and puncturing the dough numerous times to prevent bubbles from coming out. When we have the dough well placed we will put the peppers in a first batch, the spinach in a second and sprinkle it like abundant mozzarella.
On the other hand, in a bowl, mix the eggs, the cream, and season it with salt, pepper and basil to taste. We will pour this mixture over our cake and finish by sprinkling it with Parmesan cheese. Finally we will bake it for 20 minutes at 200ºC. until we see it brown.
The best thing about this recipe is not only that it can be attractive to children but that it can also be taken cold because what we can take with us wherever we want.
HAPPY TOMATO SOUP
It is often difficult for the smallest of the house to eat the creams or purees that are prepared for this reason, a resource that always triumphs is to turn the dishes into happy faces. We propose you a happy tomato soup that will be a delight for children.
To prepare this soup we will need:
– 2 kilos of tomatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 clove garlic

– salt and pepper
To start, we will put a little oil to heat in a large saucepan while we finely chop the onion and garlic and chop the tomatoes. When we notice that the oil is ready, we will add the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes over medium heat without stopping moving it.
The next step will be to incorporate the tomatoes that we have chopped and cook for about 15 minutes while we crush them so that the soup is formed. But since this will not be enough for us to have a smooth soup, we will pass it through the blender, to later put it back in the casserole where we will add the salt and pepper and heat it.

VEGAN BROWNIE
Sweets are one of the best things in the world for children, and being vegetarian doesn’t stop them from enjoying these pleasures in life.
For this recipe we will need:
– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 1 cup of water
– 1 cup of brown sugar
– 1 cup of sugar
– sal
– vanilla extract
– half a cup of pure cocoa
– half a cup of sunflower oil
– a little baking powder
– walnuts
– dark chocolate chips
First we will boil the water with the flour while we stir until we have a kind of paste, but not very thick. Then we will remove and let it cool.
The time has come to mix everything sweet with the oil, so we will put the white and brown sugar, the salt, the vanilla, the cocoa and the oil in a bowl. We will add the pasta that we have made previously and we will mix everything very well. In another story we will put 1 and a half cups of flour, the nuts and chocolate and we will add it to the previous mixture. We will beat it until it is a uniform and well mixed dough.
Finally we will put the mixture in a well greased mold (better if it is square) at 175ºC. for 30 minutes. We will test little by little with a knife if it is ready. When the knife comes out clean it is ready to take it out and let it rest. And to enjoy!
